Reservations are recommended, but check with us for last minute openings.

Cancellation:
1 - 2 days stays:
Canceling less than 7 days prior to your arrival, payment for one night’s stay will be charged to your credit card.
3 or more days stays:
Canceling less than 7 days prior to your arrival, 40 % of your reserved stay will be charged to your credit card.
Should you have to cut your reserved stay short, you will be charged for the full stay unless we can rebook the room.

Smoking is allowed outside or on the deck.

Check in time: 3 - 4 pm or from 7 - 9 pm or phone for other arrangement. Luggage may be dropped off earlier for your convenience.

Children: We welcome children around 8 years and older.

Pets: We occasionally accept small dogs in the cottage at a rate of $15.00 per night.
We have two dogs of our own and three young Alpacas, so your pet must be on a leash at all times.
